Lawsuit against Buckhead HOA aims to save historic Black cemetery

Friends of Piney Grove Cemetery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to saving, restoring, and preserving Piney Grove Cemetery — a historic African American burial ground in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. As members of the community, we work to raise awareness and gather resources to honor the legacy of those buried here and ensure the cemetery remains a place of dignity and remembrance for generations to come.
